A South Asian-led Creators Collective, Where Art Meets Spiritual Healing

Our vision is to create new pathways to collective care for all people.

We do this by creating well-being and learning experiences that centre the wisdom of trans and gender-diverse South Asian healers, artists and teachers - blending ancient ancestral traditions with modern, accessible practices, to help people reconnect with themselves, each other, and Mother Earth.

Our Values

  • We steward our work, relationships and accountabilities based on the spirit of each season – Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. We embody the wisdom of a seasonal approach because it enables wellbeing, spaciousness and an orientation toward learning. It allows us to aspire toward a shared leadership atmosphere for our board, staff, partners and members. It also allows us to balance ambitious work with honouring our limits.

  • We call in an abundance of impact, funding opportunities and creative ideas to guide our mission. This enables us to be bold, invite possibilities, see and orient to what is life giving. We bring an experimental mindset to our work.

  • We engage in reciprocal relationship building. We move at the pace of trust, honouring the differences between the people we work or communicate with.

We deepen connections for shared work and enable storytelling for shared purpose.

  • We value knowledge, experiences, and histories in the margins of any given system. We know future systems will draw on the new and the old.

Operating structure

We are a UK-based employee-owned community interest company (CIC) and social enterprise.

We are developing a legal framework that empowers team and community members to vote on major decisions and share in future profits.
